Click ‘Book Now‘: Once on our website, click the ‘Book Now‘ button on the homepage. This will take you directly to our order request form.

Fill Out Your Details: On the order request form, fill in your personal details, including your name, contact information and preferred delivery date.

Submit Your Request: After completing the form, click ‘Submit’. Your order request will be sent directly to our dedicated team.

Approval Process: Our team will review your order request and approve it accordingly. You can expect to hear back from us between 1 – 3 working days.

Confirmation Email: Once your order has been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email will also include details on ways you can make your deposit payment to secure your order.

Order Processing: Once your deposit payment has been received, your order will be processed. 

Online Preference Form: You’ll receive an online preference form via email. This form allows you to specify your preferences for colours, styles, shapes, designs, and any additional extras for your dress.

Measurement Guide: Along with the preference form, you’ll receive a helpful step-by-step measurement guide. This includes a video guide showing the best practices for taking accurate measurements, which our in house garment technologist will be on hand to help with.
